Customers are responsible for submitting appropriate photos, correct spelling, accurate dates, and other requested details. We may contact you if something appears incomplete or unclear.
Production and delivery
Because Sagga3D products are often made to order, production timelines vary by product. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and begin after production, not at the moment of purchase.
Product variation
Due to the nature of 3D printing, hand-finishing, display lighting, photography, and screen differences, small variations in texture, color, or detail may occur.
Returns and support
If you experience an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can review it. Return and support outcomes may depend on whether the product was standard or personalized.
