Understanding the material and process helps you choose a piece that is right for you.
Made one layer at a time
3D printing can produce visible layer lines, seams, minor surface imperfections, and dimensional tolerances. Individually produced and finished objects may differ subtly. These characteristics do not excuse a materially defective product or an inaccurate description.
Colour and photographs
Screens, lighting, material batches, and photography influence apparent colour and texture. Product photography represents a design and styling; confirm included accessories and dimensions on the product page. The final result may differ from a rendered concept or photographic reference.
Reference quality and interpretation
Sharp, well-lit photographs with a visible subject help us prepare a design. Blurring, obscured features, heavy filters, and missing angles limit the details we can reproduce. Sculptures involve artistic interpretation; exact likeness is not guaranteed. We will discuss significant design limitations where identified.
PLA and appropriate use
PLA can soften or deform with heat. Keep pieces away from hot vehicles, heating appliances, open flames, and prolonged direct sun. Unless specifically rated otherwise, use them indoors in a dry environment. Decorative prints are not structural, food-contact, or safety-critical components unless expressly designed and identified for that use.
Small parts and electrical accessories
Small pieces can present a choking hazard. Keep them out of reach of young children and pets. Products are not toys unless explicitly identified as such. Follow instructions supplied with any light, battery, cable, or power accessory and stop use if it is damaged.
Submitted content
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate copyright, trademark, privacy, and other permissions for submitted photos, logos, and text. We may decline a project if those rights or its intended use cannot be established.
Delivery and website availability
Production and carrier estimates can change. Contact us about an event deadline before ordering. We aim to maintain accurate pages and reliable service, but technical interruptions and errors can occur. We will address material order errors with you.
