Your privacy matters.
This policy explains how Sagga3D handles personal information when you browse, create an account, order a product, or share content for a custom design.
What we collect
We collect contact and account information, delivery and billing details, order history, correspondence, selected options, personal text, and photographs you choose to submit. Payment services provide transaction references and payment status; raw payment card numbers are not stored by Sagga3D. Technical records may include pages viewed, approximate activity times, a visitor’s IPv4 address when available, and approximate country, province or state, and city supplied by our hosting network. We do not use this information to determine a precise location.
Why we use it
We use relevant information to authenticate accounts, quote and fulfil orders, prepare designs, deliver products, provide receipts and support, prevent misuse, and meet record-keeping obligations. Optional marketing and promotional use of your content require a separate choice. We do not make that permission a condition of purchasing a custom product.
Your photos and personal content
Uploaded photos and text are private order content. Access is restricted to people and services that need them for the requested work. They are not automatically published in reviews, portfolios, social media, or advertising. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information, and obtain appropriate permission for content concerning other people, including children.
Consent and choices
We explain purposes at collection and seek meaningful consent where required. You may decline optional information and withdraw consent for optional uses by contacting us. Withdrawing information essential to an unfinished custom order may limit our ability to complete it; we will explain the consequences and available choices.
Service providers and international processing
Identity, payment, shipping, hosting, storage, and email providers process relevant information to deliver their services. Access is limited according to their role and applicable arrangements. Providers may process information outside your province or Canada, where different laws and lawful government access may apply. Contact us for information about the providers involved in your order.
Cookies and local storage
Essential cookies support authentication and security. Browser storage remembers your cart, saved items, recent searches, and promotion dismissals. First-party activity records help us understand store use and order conversion. Clearing browser storage removes guest preferences; blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in or checkout.
Retention
We keep order and transaction records for legitimate accounting, dispute, and legal needs. Customization assets are retained only for fulfilment, reasonable support or reprint needs, and applicable obligations, then deleted or de-identified through our retention procedures. Contact us about the retention of a specific photograph or account; backups may take additional time to expire.
Safeguards and incidents
We use access controls, protected sessions, private order-image delivery, and encrypted transport where supported. No system is risk-free. We assess suspected incidents and make notifications to affected people and authorities where required by applicable law.
Access, correction, and complaints
You may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccuracies, information about its use, or deletion where appropriate. We may verify identity before acting and explain lawful limits, retention obligations, or reasons for refusing part of a request. Contact info@sagga3d.com with the subject Privacy. Updates
We may update this policy as practices change. Material new purposes requiring consent will be presented appropriately. The policy version is dated so you can identify changes.
